Description:
Magnificent meridian from the Napoleon III - Second Empire period with a wide backrest curved outwards giving a very comfortable seat. French day bed in the second empire style. Scroll out arms with silk tassels and a matching fringed skirting, immaculate brocade embroidery upholstery. Circa 1890.
